Now we are looking for Customer support representative (German).
What you’ll help us to do:
Requirements:
- Fluent in German – C1 level (this will be the primary language used in the job)
- Written English proficiency
- Experience in customer service (phone calls, emails)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent team player
- Ability to learn quickly and respond promptly
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and handle any inquiries (incoming/outgoing calls, online chat, email)
- Process and handle complaints and liaise with manufacturers regarding complaints
- Communicate with warehouses and partner companies regarding product delivery
- Verify and input proforma orders from manufacturers into the system
Working Conditions:
- 20 paid vacation days and 5 sick days
- Remote work possibility
- 10:00 to 19:00 work schedule (8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch break)
