Now we are looking for Customer support representative (German).

What you’ll help us to do:

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German – C1 level (this will be the primary language used in the job)
  • Written English proficiency
  • Experience in customer service (phone calls, emails)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to learn quickly and respond promptly

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and handle any inquiries (incoming/outgoing calls, online chat, email)
  • Process and handle complaints and liaise with manufacturers regarding complaints
  • Communicate with warehouses and partner companies regarding product delivery
  • Verify and input proforma orders from manufacturers into the system

Working Conditions:

  • 20 paid vacation days and 5 sick days
  • Remote work possibility
  • 10:00 to 19:00 work schedule (8-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch break)
